Procedure for Responding to Membership List Requests.

The member requesting the membership list shall be asked to complete the attached form.

The form shall be returned to the Mammoth Estates HOA Manager. The Manager shall review the request to ensure that it is complete.

The Manager will within two business days of receiving the request send the request to the HOA Board President for approval.

The HOA Board President within five business days following receipt of the request, shall approve or deny the request and communicate that decision to the HOA Manager. The HOA Board President may consult with other members of the Board regarding the request and/or scheduled a Special Board meeting to discuss the request. Any denial of the request shall specify the reason for the denial.

The HOA Manager shall communicate the decision of the HOA Board member to the member within two business days. This communication shall include any costs associated with the preparation of the membership list. If the request was approved, the Manager shall provide the member with the membership list containing the names and contact information, including email addresses, of those HOA members who have not opted out of their information being included on the membership list. The Manager shall provide the membership list within 10 business days of the request or 10 business days of the date that the membership list is prepared provided that the member has prepaid any costs associated with the preparation of the membership list.
