Parking Permit Template
​All vehicles parked at Mammoth Estates MUST have a visible (hanging in the windshield) Mammoth Estates Owner or Owner Guest parking permit. All violators will be subject to towing at their expense.
Owner parking permits must be PINK in color.

The homeowner may ask the HOA Management for replacement of lost owner parking permits.
Owner Guest parking permits must be GREEN in color.

The homeowner is in charge of creating and supplying the visitor with a permit. The homeowner or their rental agent must also set up a rule with the guest or guests that requires them to return the permit or let it expire, according to the HOA.
